House Share! Great location on Education Hill! Safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. This house-share has 6 private bedrooms (unfurnished) plus common areas (furnished). Each private room has a coded door for your own security. There are two rooms currently available. One is for a male and one is for a femal. Shared spaces in the home include: Bathrooms, Kitchen (with fridges), Dining, & Family Room with piano! Off-street parking is available. Large backyard to enjoy as well as a garden and three decks! The current tenants are polite and generally quiet. This is a community, not just a room rental – thus all residents gather for a business/social meeting once per month. Housemates must be “clean” (no drugs, no smoking or vaping).
