Need another girl to rent with

Hi everyone,

I'm Jamie. I'm and looking to move to geelong from melbourne. I've found this place near the waterfront and am looking for another girl to rent with but just to clarify: I'm not currently renting this property, I am looking for someone to apply with me or if we don't get this particular to rent a whole 2 bedroom property with. The rent for the waterfront property is pw for the whole place so I would like to split that, along with every other bill

I have a pet rabbit. He free roams and is litter trained. He's basically a quiet cat that sometimes likes to chew cardboard boxes. I do not mind keeping him out of common areas when I am not home.

I plan to further study and upskill on my own and build a portfolio as I have graduated university. My father is supporting me financially but I do plan to get a part-time job upon relocation.

I don't party (never even been to a club), am single, have only had 1 sleepover in the 3 years I've been in Melbourne. If I have free time, I'm watching anime/disney/playing games/drawing pixel art.

I've been living in share houses for 3 years now so I'm familiar with the basic respect and cleanliness that comes with sharing.
