My roommate and best friend of years just passed away and I am now looking for another long term respectful and professional male to take his place.
You'll have a your own private bedroom that has been freshly painted and brand new carpet and padding installed. You'll also have access to the whole house (subtract bedrooms) and have one the largest backeyard jungle around here. You'll share a bathroom with one other equally respectful and clean professional male. This is not a party house or a stop and go. I'm seeking someone who appreciates a stable and loving home. You must be willing to stay at least a year.
We like and treasure our peace devoid of all unesessesary drama. I ask you and we plan to keep it that way. ♥
All utilities and amenities/ wifi/ laundry machines, exercising equipment, grilling and cooking equipment ect, are all included with the very affordable price mentioned, as well as training in healthy cooking if you ask nicely. Just like me, You don't have to be a clean freak but please be willing to clean up after yourself.
(Sorry no females or children allowed for this is a Adult Male Sanctuary).
Must be OK with well behaved cats for I have two. I'm ok with you having any small or large breed dog or cat as long as they are well behaved just like mine and you take good care of and clean up after your fur baby and allow me to love on them when i want. ☺
First and last month's rent required upon entry.

First to put the money in my hand and passes the vibe check from my cat Mew (The Orange Cream Sicle Kitty) the pic provided, gets the room and the keys to our home and your new bedroom.
