I am looking for someone to take over a lease starting April first ending July . With the option to resign and stay till July . It’s a bathroom, rent is a month and you would pay water, gas and electric. You are also in charge of snow removel in the winter It is pet friendly with a in-unit washer and dryer. Landlord covers trash and lawn care. It’s close to a campus bus stop as well so getting to campus is very easy.
