Room in Santa Monica!

Hey everyone, thanks for checking out my post. Looking for a 3rd roommate in our 3 bedroom apartment. Current roommates are quiet, considerate, in our late s. One is an engineer, the other an actor/comedian. I also own a well behaved year old husky, but we unfortunately cannot add any other pets to the place at the moment. The bedroom for rent is furnished with a new bed frame and mattress. New carpet was put into the apartment less than a year ago, and we are located a few blocks from lots of shopping (including Vons target Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s) and less than a mile from the beach and SMC. Laundry on premises (app controlled instead of coins) and we have a gym you can add for an additional fee each month. Rent is month to month and you would just need to do a refundable deposit (one months rent) and sign a roommate agreement form (basic be a courteous roommate stuff).
