Looking for a roommate in my home

My furnished home is located in a beautiful gate community in North Port. It's a sq feet one-level home. The roommate would have two bedrooms and a bathroom, making the second room their living room. Share kitchen and laundry room. The roommate would buy their food, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry soap. Also, clean up after themselves. I'm very clean and neat. The first room is very large with a walk-in closet, a kingsize bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a ” new ”smart TV mounted to the wall, and a chair. The second room is smaller with a newer couch. The bathroom tub/shower is in the middle of the two rooms. They are located in the front of the house. The bedroom and bathroom decor match. The roommate will buy their laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hygiene supplies. $ includes: water, garbage, electricity, basic cable, and internet. Parking one car in the driveway. This is for one roommate, only. There is a community pool across the street that is open from dawn to dusk.
