Hi, my name is Alex. I am a -year-old professional graduating with my Master's in public health this May. I am looking for a room to rent in Vancouver. My budget is $ preferably (though it can go as high as $ if needed), and I would like to move in early May or June.

I am a very clean person, not a big partier, and a non-smoker. I am, however, looking to get an adult cat, though they can stay in my room and out of common spaces if you prefer.
