My name is Gigi (she/her/them) I'm French born and raised, lived in multiple countries, but decided to settle here in Chicago over years ago. It's my city. I'm a sommelier at a wine bar a few minutes walk from our apartment. I love cooking, working out, binge watching shows and movies, and pretty much into most performing arts. I occasionally have friends over but rarely more than once a month. We mostly meet out for dinner and other social activities. I'm part of the LGBTQ community and therefore looking for a LGBTQ-friendly person to share this apartment.
I'm kind, positive, considerate, clean, responsible, respectful of others personal space, and looking for a similar person.

About you:

It's a fantastic deal if you need 2 rooms (bedroom & office/studio for work or music and art) but also want some extra space to chill, hangout or just live comfortably with a roommate without being on top of each other.
I have already mentioned it a little in the previous paragraph. I'm looking for a mature ( behavior) person, age is not an issue for me, however you need to have a steady job or enough savings to pay the rent and bills on time, have a good credit, and not bring a "party" home when you go out.
Being kind and considerate is a must, being friendly with a sense of humour is a plus.

The apartment:

It's a bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which makes it a very large spacious apartment, with a large living room, sun room, stand alone equipped dinning room, large equipped kitchen (I cook a lot), a small balcony/deck and recreational backcourt/patio shared with the other 2 units in the building.
You will have your own large bathroom and quite a bit of storage space.

The neighborhood

Albany Park is a great neighborhood, our apartment is located half a block from a beautiful park with a riverwalk called Horner Park, it's one of the largest park in Chicago (just it 😊). There are 3 busses lines 2 blocks away & The Brown Line at min walk
