$/month ALL bills paid.. $ deposit.. prefer no pets.. not dirty by any means but also not OCD level clean.. common areas are cleaned twice a week on average. Would prefer a chill lowkey roommate.. I’m fine with guests and what not but don’t be the guy/girl bringing home a date every night.. YOU will be responsible for whoever you bring over! home cooked meals by yours truly!you will share a bathroom! High speed Spectrum! Washer and dryer in the garage. Small grill in the backyard.
