Wi-Fi is free but a little slow so I'm hoping to upgrade soon. Washer and dryer and dishwasher are available! Rent for the two available rooms is around $ (I pay more at $ due to having the master bed/bath and Sass). Apartment is bath! Utilities for us to pay is just electric.
