Quiet neighborhood near metro

Description

Two newly renovated, spacious rooms (ten by fifteen feet) available in a four bedroom house. We are looking for awesome people to fill these ASAP. Lease period will be months (negotiable). Proximity to metro is great for D.C. commuters. Current occupants: I'm (thirty, M) a software engineer working out of D.C., hybrid work schedule. The other occupant (twenty three, F) is a GW grad student. Naylor Road Metro is only a 3 minute drive away, or a 6 minute bike ride (and there’s also a bus nearby). Only fifteen minutes on the metro to reach The Wharf DC, or to L’Enfant Plaza. Large bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. Utilities are $/mo.
