Hi! Female roommates preferred. I have a room on deer springs and lossee, the room includes utilities+security and pest control, and bed&dresser. I have two dogs and a cat. Just my mom, myself and another roommate. Your room would be upstairs, private use. A bathroom just a few steps down hall, shared use with a female roommate. Laundry room right across your room.
