We are looking for a roommate for mom who recently moved here from Cleveland with her sweet chihuahua. She is quiet, enjoys baking, reading, and relaxing watching TV. She ideally prefers a clean, friendly female roommate, but is open to a male if it’s the right fit. Private room and guest bathroom in a waterfront home that has been recently renovated. Screened in patio overlooks a waterfront view, filled with birds, turtles, iguanas, and trees. No neighbors behind! The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, conveniently located near the turnpike and highway.


Rent also includes water, sewer, electricity, quarterly pest control, community pool access, wi-fi and lawn service. If you enjoy gardening, there is plenty of space for you to grow a garden:)
