Looking for Female Roommate

Room for rent for female only. It’s Large room, with a great bay window and lots of natural light. (The room doesn’t have a closet) The apartment has two baths, the full bath is in my room, other bathroom across from spare room located in the hallway, which would be your bathroom for storage. Unit is located on second floor, has small balcony. Shared living space, kitchen, living room and dining room area which is where my desk is. Unit has washer in dryer. Price includes all utilities & WiFi. There is parking available in visitors or on the street, since it’s close to unit, or in driveway depending on our schedules. There is a garage which has some storage space but also is where I put my car. I have a male tuxedo cat who’s 8.
