Roommate(s) for House in Highlands

I've been living here for the past year. Roommate moving in with girlfriend and we had an extra bedroom as well. Awesome spot. $/month per room (there are two available) & utilities split. Posting to see if I can get a good group together for this house. If you and a friend are looking to move somewhere this is a cool spot to be- rent can be negotiated between the two of you for rooms- I'm looking for $ total. One room has off street parking spot and private entrance. Move in late May/ early June. I love to travel and am out of town a decent amount. No images yet as I'm mostly posting to gauge interest. Once people are interested and I feel like we'd vibe enough to share a home I will send pictures. Great environment for students, young professionals, etc. Message me if interested!
