I am writing from Bangladesh. I am a PGD student at NBCC Saint John, Grandview campus, looking for rental accommodation in Saint John starting July . I need a 2-bedroom apartment or condo for my family, which includes my wife and 9-year-old daughter. Occasionally, my son, who is an undergraduate student at St. Mary’s University in Halifax, will also stay with us.

Preferred locations:

Saint John East (Top choice)
Uptown (Second choice)
North End/Milledgeville (Last choice)
I am a clean, quiet, and non-smoking tenant with references available upon request. No pets. Preferably looking for a 1-year or long-term lease.

Preferred Features:

Close to public transit (especially bus routes)
Near grocery stores
In-house/building laundry facilities
High-speed internet
Essential appliances (stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher)
Heat and hot water included
Walk-in closet & storage space
Private balcony or patio (optional)
