I live in a beautiful 3 bedroom in West Seneca.

Short drive to anything you could possibly need and 3 minutes from the highway.

House is fully furnished but there is space to store things if you need. Open to you getting your own bed if preferred. All utilities covered including Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. I’m a pretty busy person so I won’t be in your hair and I am really laid back and easy going. I keep the house clean and would just ask you pick up after yourself. I have two cats that would love a new friend. You would have a private bedroom and full access to the rest of the house that we would share. My best case scenario is to make a friend. Not looking to lock anyone into a long term commitment as I feel month to month gives us both flexibility as life comes fast and I would never want you locked in if you’re advancing to something new!
