Hi, my name is Andrew, and I’m moving to Kent, WA, or surrounding areas, from Las Vegas. I’m looking for a private room to rent for up to $ per month, ideally with utilities included. I’m responsible, clean, and easygoing.

I have two well-behaved, litter-trained cats who are friendly and mostly keep to themselves. I’d love to find a pet-friendly home with respectful and tidy roommates.
