New home in quiet neighborhood

Description

I recently bought a new home in Amelia. It has a private
bath with basement and 3 car garage. I work for the government but expect to eventually lose my job. I may retire early and have plenty of room for the right person. Room could be furnished w twin bed if needed. I am quiet, spiritual and generous. I am looking for older roommate who has steady income, likes a quiet lifestyle, and prefer no “trumper’s”. I have a cat and prefer no pets. Non smoker.
