Renting a room

Description

I have a townhouse in Palm beach gardens and looking to rent out one of the rooms. I live alone currently with my dogs and one cat. They are small and super friendly. Also not opposed if you have pets of your own. You would have access to a bathroom that would mainly be yours, only time it would be shared if you or I had company over. I work Thursday through Sunday night shift at a restaurant and during the week I’m in nursing school. I don’t party, hardly ever drink and drug use. I like my home to be clean and calm space to relax. The third bedroom I made into an office/ gym that you can also use as well. Rent would include untiles; FPL, water, and internet. The house also has a huge back yard with porch I put a basketball hoop on and the other porch has chairs for just sitting outside. Sorry about the horrible photos lol I’m trying but this app is difficult. You can message me, and I’ll send you better pictures / videos. I don’t pay for this.
