Was going to rent through furnished finder for traveling nurses but too much work to try to find guests. Would prefer a longer term rental situation to the right person. Room is furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, wall mounted roku t.v., and of course internet. Kitchen is a cooks kitchen with double ovens, backyard is turf and brick with putting green, custom built in grill and furniture for leisure and outdoor eating. Inside there is a pool table for use within proper time limits. Has garage, can accommodate if needed. Need first and last month rent for move in. year lease preferred. No pets. Prefer non smoker but if smoker needs to go outside.
