Urgent Move in! Subletting my fully furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment from March to June. Located on E th street and 2nd Avenue in Manhattan. Rent in $ which includes water and heat. Wifi and electric are to be paid which will run you about $ per month.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with my roommate Jack Van Hecke who is a full time student at Baruch College. Very decent, neat and clean person, have been living with him for almost 2 years and have had no issue so far.

The apartment location is also great. 5mins away from the nearest subway station and 2 mins away from the bus stop. Grocery stores and delis are also pretty convenient. Most are at walking distance.
