Hello everyone! I am looking for a roommate to share my bath house. Here’s a bit about the place and myself:

The room is a private bedroom with a private bathroom, including a shower. It’s located in the North Denver/Westminster area, and the rent is $ per month plus around $ in utilities. The room is available immediately and is ideal for a single person.

The house's shared spaces include a backyard with a patio, dining room, living room, kitchen, and basement. Covered carport parking is included, and there’s a washer and dryer available for use. High-speed Internet and all major kitchen appliances are included as well. The house is close to downtown and most major highways, making for an easy commute. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the house is kept clean and tidy. I’m looking for someone who values cleanliness and mutual respect.

I am years old and work as a hairstylist. I also run a craft business from my house and have an in-home hair salon that I use occasionally. My dog, Gabbie, and my cat, Grogu, are the friendliest, sweetest beans, but because of them, I’m looking for a tenant with no additional pets. I’m friendly and enjoy a calm home atmosphere, though I’m open to social gatherings and game nights.

My ideal roommate must be able to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus the first month’s rent up front. You should be respectful, responsible, and reliable. Cleanliness, especially in shared spaces, is a must. You should also be comfortable with occasional clients visiting the basement salon. Female roommates are preferred, but I’m open to the right male roommate. Ideally, you should enjoy a peaceful home environment and love animals.
