Shared utilities expenses are approximately dollars per month, sometimes a little more, and sometimes a little less. We have street parking available.

We are located near shopping in West Sacramento. My home is close to the interstate and highways & freeways. From our home it is four miles to the Capitol Building, miles to Sacramento City College, ten miles to Sacramento State University, and fourteen miles to UC Davis. This would be a great place for a grad-student, busy Capitol professional, or long-distance commuter.
