I’m setting up a co-living space in Oaxaca and looking for housemates who want a comfortable, well-located home to work and live in.

About the place:
🏡 Spacious 3-bedroom house in Xochimilco (quiet, walkable, and close to Santo Domingo).
🌿 Small garden area and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing or working outside.
💻 Good WiFi for remote work.
🐱 Pet-friendly (good boys only).
🛏️ Two rooms available (both private, one with an en-suite bathroom).

Rent & Dates:
• Available from April to June/July (flexible).
• Includes utilities, can discuss weekly/monthly stays, AC available on request but add electronic bill
The price is discounted, as I’m still adding small things and putting in plants,
I work in marketing and personal development. I’d love to create a space where housemates connect, share skills, or collaborate, though that’s totally optional! If you have skills in gardening, event organizing, or want to host occasional co-living activities, I’m open to suggestions!
