Room in chill wholesome home

I have a long term rental in the best location, I was holding off to rent because of some maintenance iss ongoing, but if you like it and stars align could be a good fit. 😊

It's in the best location on Claygate Road Hamilton Hill, secs walk from Manning Park and 5 min drive from Coogee and to South Beach.

I am in process of making it cosy, so if you don't mind that then could work.

It's just me () and my daughter who is here half the time. We are a real wholesome duo, lots of games, cooking, nature etc. So looking for someone who compliments that. I work for the government creating podcast and training material to help people access information and bit of a bleeding heart in general. I have a beautiful partner but as we both have children live apart.

We absolutely adore dogs so if you have one that is well behaved then we would to make it a home for them also 😊

This place is a sanctuary to us and would love it to be for someone else also💛🙏
