Looking for a roommate to rent a private room in a -bathroom home. This is being used as an office currently but willing to convert into more of a room for the right person You’ll share a bathroom with one other person. Me and my partner have our own room in home the person you will share with is my grandmother She’s an elder she is mainly to herself The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Pet friendly but not looking for someone with pets fish and lizards are okay but no actual animals no additional ppl or couples either looking for someone who is lgbt friendly and has consistent income who works and has goals someone that communicates and is down to earth as well the room is furnished and available when the right person comes along ammennities are included and parking as well
