Looking for someone to sublease/lease take over my room in southie from April (move in date flexible) to October th(with the option to sign the lease in October).

The apartment is a sunny -bath apartment with one incredible roommate across the street from the Broadway T stop.

Roommate:
Early ’s: She is a sommelier who works in a restaurant 5 days a week . She is very friendly and loves to hang out and girl talk. Very clean and respectful.

Move in cost: Security Deposit ($) + Rent for April )

Rent:
Utilities: included
Location/Travel: -minute walk to seaport
Amenities: SO many windows for great natural light, laundry in unit, small yard with outdoor furniture, putting green, multiple communal spaces in the building, gym, outdoor grills)

The bedroom is in the video. The only furniture in the room that is staying for you to use is the bed.
