* Bedrooms/Bathrooms: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom -image attached
* Location: Approximately a minute walk to the nearest F train station, providing convenient access to public transportation.
* Living Spaces: The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. You are welcome to use existing items and add your personal touches.

About Me:
* Occupation: I work full-time in an office, 5 days a week.
* Pet: I have a small female Maltipoo dog who is turning 1 year old. She is very friendly, social, and loves human interaction. Attached a photo :)

Preferences:
* Seeking a female roommate who is responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. Students are also welcome!
* Must be comfortable with my dog! No additional pets sorry!
