Room in Luxary Building for April

Description

I'll be traveling, so this fully-furnished room in Midtown is available for a sublet either April tenth - thirtieth for one thousand or for all of April for fifteen hundred. I have two great roommates, and a shared kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment is in Herald Towers, a Luxury Building in the central location of Herald Square. In the building, we have a lounge, terrace, rooftop, and gym, all of which you will have access to with my resident . There is a concierge, a package room, and laundry in the building.

I'm traveling light, so I'll still have most of my things here, but I'll pay my portion of the electric and internet bills, so all you will have to do is pay me via Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp for this short-term sublet.
