I have a spacious room for rent located in Riverside close to CBU and Fwy. Rent is $ pluse deposit $ on move in. It would be month to month no over night guest. day notice if you plan on moving out. No pet, only one person, no smoking, no vapes, no drugs, parties and parking is on the street. Rent would do on 1st every month.
