Room8 is eleven by twelve feet, closet4 is and a half feet4.
Looking for a quiet7, easy-going person3 to mesh well with house7. We don’t throw parties6 but small groups are allowed for game nights and such. No cable/tv service but high speed internet. Parking is not great in the neighborhood. Renters have assigned parking space in the driveway.
Full access to kitchen. Microwave, stove, fridge space is shared. Shared dishes with room for more if you want to use your own. Pantry space is sectioned off by person. Full Washer and Dryer.
Two current roommates are fairly quiet and laid-back. Visitation of guests schedule is that overnight visits allowed a max of 3 days a week but not in a row and not every week. No pets allowed just to keep everything clean and prevent issues.

Background check fee of fifty dollars and deposit of one month’s rent required.
