Description

We’re renting one furnished bedroom in our family home, which we shared with a married couple (us) and other tenants. Common areas include the kitchen, bathroom, and living rooms—all monitored by security cameras for safety. This is perfect for a responsible, organized professional with a full-time job who commutes daily. After each use, the bathroom and kitchen must be cleaned; a personal fridge is provided in the room for food storage.

My wife is a district school teacher, and I’m a real estate broker and a Pastor. We live in the master bedroom and seek a respectful and tidy tenant.

House Rules:
- Tenant is responsible for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen after each use, ensuring both are left sanitary and orderly.
- No smoking, drinking, or partying.
- No overnight guests; daytime visitors welcome until 9 PM.


Requirements:

-Full-time job (ideal for commuters).
- non-refundable credit/background check.
- Good credit, no criminal/eviction/drug/DUI history, solid references.
- includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, parking.
- Move-in amount: 1 month Security Deposit + 1st Month
