I'm looking for someone who is a student in OCC(Orange Coast College), GWC(Golden West College), or CCC(Coastline College) to take over my room at The Harbour in Orange Coast College ASAP as I will be transferring to a university.

Floor: 4th floor (no garbage smell to worry about!)
Special feature: Corner room, so it’s larger than other rooms! 🛋️
About the roommates:

👤1 Japanese girl and 2 American girls
They’re all super nice, friendly, and kind—living with them has been such a wonderful experience filled with laughter and fun!
Cleanliness:

🛀I share a bathroom with one of the roommates, and she’s extremely tidy. She always makes an effort to keep our shared space clean and organized, which I really appreciate.

💰The lent is supposed to be $ per month but if you take over my room, it will be $ before August because I have lived here for 2 years so that the rent is cheaper than original price.
