There will be 2 bedrooms opening up in a 3 bedroom house. 1 is upstairs and will share a bathroom with a couple who share the master bedroom. This bedroom has a spacious closet and has carpeted floors. Another bedroom opening up is smaller but will have their own bathroom on the main floor with the expiation of guest use. This room has a smaller closet and hardwood floors but more natural light as it has a large window. The home is located in downtown Victor within walking distance to restaurants, the market, and local theater. Utilities (water, electricity, wifi, trash, lawn care, etc. are included. The home has a large garage, large backyard and a well behaved dog. Sorry, no more pets per the landlord. Looking for a very* clean and responsible roommate who is good with open communication.
