Tenant has access to the entire house, including a pool table, kitchen area, a large pantry with designated space for tenants, & an upstairs loft. Furnished patio, fire pit, and vegetable garden are all available in a fenced back yard. Rental bedrooms and shared bathroom are in a separate hallway from the homeowner for added privacy. The bedroom has a digital security lock, new bedding, a Smart TV, desk, side table and lamps. The room also includes two windows overlooking the front yard for plenty of light. Please, note that we have 2 small dogs, so tenant must be okay with having pups around. They will mostly just beg you to pet them. There is an Albertson’s and YMCA just down the road, with several new restaurants in the Albertson’s complex. $ for one person; $ for two people.
