Hello! I am looking for someone to rent out my bedroom for over the summer. I am not entirely sure what my other roommates plans are for the summer.

-5 bedrooms but I am only looking for one sub-leaser
-2 bathrooms
-In unit laundry
-Balcony
-Full kitchen including dishwasher
-Living room is fully furnished
-Rent is plus whatever the electricity is for the month which depends on user usage and internet which is a set rate
-Water bill and trash are covered
