Hello y’all, I’m looking to rent my house for the summer semester! Preferably May-July, but I can be flexible. It’s a but my two roommates and I are moving out as well so you’ll have the whole place to themselves with the exception of my third roommate. She’s moving out at the end of June/beginning of July so you’d have the whole to yourself for that last month. It’s just a three minute drive to collegetown, there’s a backyard for any dogs or pets, and rent’s only $ a month. I’d be covering utilities. :)
