We are a couple and we are interested in one of the advertised flats.
However, I would like to know in advance if you rent to people with bad credit.
We have an excellent reference from the landlord where we currently live.
We live in London and have had a good relationship with the owner of this property for 5 years.
We are self-employed and only one of us has good credit.
We have income from our jobs and we also add £ which is paid directly into my from Universal Credit. Plus £ from us jobs .
Do we have any reservations about being accepted?
If yes, we would like to book a viewing a 1 bedroom flat. £
