Hey everyone! My roommate and I are looking for 1 roommate to fill a bedroom that is move in ready.

The room faces west and has plenty of natural light. You’ll share a bathroom with one person and the total amount is $/mo (not including utilities).

The house is in Lakewood, minute drive to downtown Denver, minute drive to the Red Rocks and 2 minute drive to Belmar.

It has a huge backyard, patio hot tub, a home gym in the garage and a massage chair in the living room. We have a hypoallergenic and friendly dog named Grady, so unfortunately we can’t have more pets.

We are looking for someone chill, respectful, fun and clean.

I am in the solar industry and my roommate works as a personal trainer, so we have a very active lifestyle and usually busy schedules. Message me for deets!
