Hello my name is Brittany I am in my ’s . I work many jobs - restaurant industry night life . I have a 3 bed beautiful condo and I am looking for just one roommate as my sister is currently moving out to live with her bf (happy for her ) . You would have your own bathroom and full access to the house .
There is 3 parking spots and 2 guests spots in a code protected gated garage . We are mins from Hb / Newport . Great quiet neighborhood . I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves , pays rent on time , replaces anything they take the last of and is pleasant to be around :) my house is awesome , I get along with everyone . I enjoy working out , watching movies , going to shows , eating great food and hanging with friends . This place is my sanctuary so I’m hoping I can find a roommate that can add to the good vibes in my house and keep it peaceful and fun .
