Apartment for 1 quiet person

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for an apartment in Amsterdam or nearby (Up to an half-hour by public transportation) for at least a year, possibly more. My indicated budget includes all utilities.
My only requirement is that I can register at the address.
I will be working full-time, so I will only be in the apartment in the evenings and on my day offs. I am a non-smoker and don't have pets.
I would be moving alone, and I don't plan on inviting anyone besides maybe my father for a few days.
Virtual visits would be ideal for me, as I'm currently living and working in France. I'd like to move in as soon as possible, preferably by the end of the month.
