My name is Alex. I live in a condo in Griffintown with my floors, 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms and a balcony.

Looking for someone to move in as early as April. The condo has an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, gym. It's on the canal, and parking is available for rent, but not far from bus and metro.

Looking for someone clean (or willing to split a maid), but definitely not messy. I spend half the time here and the other half at my boyfriend's. I take the cats if I go to his, so no worries there.

Looking for someone friendly and responsible. I sometimes work from home, but try to do a few days a week at the office.
