Studio apartment

Description

I need a female roommate who’s also a student at UC San Diego or a college student. The apartment is cozy and has a nice view of the city and located in downtown San Diego mins away (depending on traffic) from UC San Diego. It has a kitchen, and a full private bathroom. Internet access is free, utilities are to be shared. No smoking, no drugs, and no parties (the apartment complex has strict rules). I have a pet bunny and she’s very sweet and friendly.
