Apartment or a guest house

Description

I’m looking to rent or sublease a place not too far from my son’s elementary school (woodland Hills, Calabasas, west hills, Canoga Park, Tarzana, Encino, North Hills areas). Two people-,myself ( years old and my 7 years old son). Preferably on the quiet street. We are a very clean household. We can discuss the price, ( depending on the location, condition of the place, amenities, your preferences, etc.) Thank you. P.S. I will consider renting (subleasing/subletting) for a short term, it might take a while to find exactly what I want, the place that will be our home for a longer time.
