bath looking for 1 roomy

bath, renting out the spare room. In-unit laundry and dishwasher. third Floor walk up. there’s off-street parking, and you can talk to the landlord about garage / storage if you want those.

There is a porch as well, which I don’t really use. but it’s there!

You’re welcome to use the common areas, kitchen, living room, fridge.

I am fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, bowls, silverware etc. feel free to use anything.

I have gigabit internet, and Wi-Fi. There is a “ wall mounted 4k TV in the living room but I don’t have a cable plan. I have a desktop PC in the living room hooked up to it for web streaming and games. if you want cable television we can talk about it.

I have two cats. they are both super chill, cuddly, playful. I don’t want to have any conflicts between animals, so preferably a roommate without pets. if you have a pet they need good be good with other animals.
