Roommate Wanted

I am a friendly, laid back professional seeking a roommate situation. I have an eleven year old super friendly dog. I am a dog groomer, so she comes to work with me almost everyday. I am a gay man, if that matters to anyone. The apartment is fairly spacious. Available June 1st. Washer and Dryer. Brand new AC. The pool is amazing, we have a nice poolside
grill, gym and billiard room too. The bedroom you’d be renting has a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom is basically never used by me or my guests so it’s practically all yours. Bathroom and bedroom are right next to each other. You can decorate it however you like. I don’t really mind guests, just be respectful. Keep it reasonable, not every single night. Common sense stuff. Rent is a thousand even. I will pay the utilities myself. (Electric, water and wifi) This means I’ll pay a little more each month but it keeps the amount consistent for you and it’s more simple for everyone. You’ll likely need to pay a fee for application and background check at the Estates of Stuart. The lease will run until April, at which point we can decide if we want to stay another year or if one of us wants to leave
