Hi! Myself and my roommate Carlee are looking for a professional woman to move into our spare room by April first. It's available for per month not including utilities which is split evenly among us. I have two cute kitties, Ellie and Jax, that I am fostering for a friend who's traveling and lives part time in Ojai. both Carlee and I work and volunteer in Ojai. Our home is in a small quiet neighborhood near casitas. It takes min to get to Downtown Ojai from our home. There is a washer and dryer on premises, garage, front and back yard with a patio.
