Looking for a roommate to rent a 1 bedroom in my BTH townhouse in Centreville, VA. Bedrooms include bed frames, Tuft & Needle mattress, full size closet and dresser/TV cabinet.

Close to George Mason University (GMU) with dedicated parking and plenty of street parking. Lots of Korean/Asian stores nearby (Hmart, Lotte, Bengong's Tea, etc.). Shared washer/dryer, living room, kitchen.

You'll also have your own dedicated parking space in addition to the plenty of off-street parking available

I'm an IT consultant who works from home during the day and goes to the office once a week. I'm a very clean and organized person (I'm a little OCD lol) and would like my roommates to do the same and share chores in the shared area. I have a dog, but she is usually in my room.

Priced at $/month includes FiOs 1GB internet, electricity, water, sanitation and HOA. (My roommates used to pay with Venmo and Zelle - whichever is more convenient for you)

Also willing to rent out for $ per day until someone rents out long-term.
