Looking for a duplex

Hi my name is Jaisley, for myself, I’m looking for a place to rent. I have a cat. my personal budget is $ a month. I am also looking for a place for my friend and I to live in. Our budget together is about $ but could go higher. Ideally we would find a duplex as we want separate spaces. Homes with separate entrances/exists would work as well. We have three cats together.
